Do you feel like to rest your day, temporary away from hard work day, distanced from long stressed commute? Well. Almost everyone will agree that they need holiday to make they stay sane, except the insane ones. I notice there are 2 problems most working people face with having holidays :

1.       To keep be productive while having holidays. This means that anytime your office need urgent immediate action from you, you can do that, well, by mobile/remote access of course.

2.       To have quality holidays with affordable budget. Hmm…yummy.    

Those 2 problems most people faced is because they lack of information to address their passion of having holidays.

Then here I list some tips to maintain your holidays sweet as first honeymoon, stay productive and of course, affordable:

1.       Plan your holiday in advance, don’t take immediate unplanned holidays.  By planning your holidays away long in advance, you will have time to know better information about places of interest, transport and accommodation fare, discount, etc.

2.       Use tourism agent. By using tourism agent and planning holiday in advance, you have a lot chance to get lower fare package. Don’t hesitate to ask detail of your holiday plan. This to avoid unexpected things happen in future.

3.       Use rental house. I need to tell this popular secret. Hotels, apartments are so web 1.0 age.   Web 2 style people will plan their accommodation holidays in rental house. I can say that it will save you a lot of money. That is one of cheap holidays inspiration I can share to you.

4.       Explore unpopular places to be visited. Many unpopular places have exotic sense you can experience it. And since it is not yet well-known, bigger chance it will charge you cheaper. Take a look at this Essouira in Morocco offers, or you can explore Montenegro; for example.

5.       Prepare to choose your assigned while you away from office. Be sure to pint some one as your representative to take care your work while you having holidays. This will keep your holidays away from office distraction. And be sure to properly inform your boss, colleague, partners etc about the assignation.

6.       Bring communication backup. In case you will traveling in certain area that may cause you loss of contact, prepare this thing : laptop with backup battery, mobile phone with 2 number and backup battery.

7.       Get yourself with following information: map and location, places of interest, Wi-fi database location (you can search this online), people habits, local emergency number.

8.       Have focused pray before you take a step.

 Those are my tips. It maybe not the best tips you can find around the net, but it is based on personal experience and also my friend’s. Hope it is useful. So, grab your holidays plan now  fellow backpackers.
